Your knowledge. Your rules. Your advantage.

Knowledge Vault makes your business knowledge easier to find, safer to use and ready for AI. Start with the areas that matter most and stay in control at every step.

Trust what you find.

Every answer has a source.
No more guessing where information came from. Every answer links back to the document, meeting or decision behind it, so your team can act with confidence.
Know who is responsible for what.
Every contribution and change is recorded and signed, whether a person or an AI agent made it. When two records disagree, both stay visible until someone decides.

Stay in control.

Your data stays yours.
No ambiguity about ownership. It runs on your own server or cloud account, you decide who sees what, and you can export everything at any time. It is open source, so there is no lock-in.
AI works under your rules.
Your people decide what becomes trusted company knowledge and what AI may read or do. Agents draft; a named person approves before anything counts.

Start where it pays.

Start small. Scale on your terms.
Begin with one team, such as procurement, operations or support, where the value shows first, and add more when you are ready.
Turn the knowledge you have into AI readiness.
You don't start from scratch. Bring in the documents and meeting notes you already have; connectors to your other tools are in preview. Your AI assistants then work from approved company knowledge.

Start with one team. Build from there.

Knowledge Vault is the foundation. On top of it, each department gets workflows built around its own questions.

Questions

What is Knowledge Vault?

A shared record of your company: its work, its decisions and the reasons behind them, its people and how it runs. Your team and your agents write to it and read from it, and every answer links to where it came from.

Where does our data live?

On your own server or cloud account. Knowledge Vault is open source (AGPL-3.0), and nothing goes to a big-tech AI cloud unless you send it there.

How does our material get in?

Upload files, or connect your tools through Activepieces (700+ integrations, in preview). Meeting notes from Google Meet come in by themselves. Nothing is saved until someone approves it.

Which AI can read it?

The assistants you connect. Claude and other assistants that speak MCP can search the vault and cite it, under the same access rules as your team.

Who can see and change what?

You grant access per vault: read, write or admin. You can also reserve single actions, such as approving a note, for named reviewers.

What happens when two notes disagree?

The vault opens a tension and keeps both notes. A reviewer keeps the decision, switches to the objection, or records that both are true.

Does it help with the EU AI Act?

It keeps the records Article 12 asks for: who changed what, when and from which source, signed and in order. Compliance also depends on your own AI systems and processes.

What if we stop using it?

Take the whole vault out as files. It's open source, so it keeps running without us.

What does it cost?

Running it yourself is free. If we set it up with your material, we quote once we know how much material you have.
